Welcome to G.R.O.W.
Glendive Recycles Our Waste (GROW) is a non-profit. Run by a group of volunteers, we are working to extend the life of our landfill by recycling cardboard and plastic. We also educate our neighbors about recycling.
GROW volunteers are available to take your cardboard and plastic on Tuesdays 4 – 7 pm and Wednesdays 10 am – 4 pm.
At other times, you are welcome to place your plastic and cardboard in the containers on site.
GROW’s History
GROW is a not for profit dedicated to recycling and recycling education. The volunteers have built excellent processes to collect, package and resell the cardboard and plastic. Here’s our history.

Although we have lots of hardworking volunteers, we also have ongoing expenses. In addition, we are raising money to build our own building to house our recycling equipment. Please help us out.
Our Capital Campaign
In March GROW began a capital campaign to fund a new building to house current recycling of cardboard and plastic and have room for expansion to paper and glass.
Who is GROW?
GROW, a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization serving the Eastern Montana region, is committed to developing and operating a recycling center to collect and process recyclables as well as facilitating community wide education about the importance and best practices of recycling. Our mission is to protect and preserve resources for future generations to enjoy, and to provide an economically sound, environmentally friendly alternative in waste management to extend the lives of the surrounding area landfills to benefit the entire region.
